If you need to cancel or reschedule/change my appointment, please note Holistic Cocoon's cancellation policy: £10 fee for changes and cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment.
Please find the booking confirmation in your inbox by searching your inbox for Holistic Cocoon, the cancellation policy is stated here and prior to booking. Within this email there is an option to cancel your appointment before 48 hours. If you are within the 48 hour window, you will be unable to use this method to change your appointment. Please send us a message through the form on www.holisticcocoon.com as soon as you realise that your appointment needs changing.
The are several reasons for this cancellation policy which are as follows:
- to cover the cost of cancelling the use of space at the Practice Rooms
- to encourage customers to stick with their treatment plans
- to avoid inconvenience to the therapist and enable another customer to be scheduled
- to avoid no-shows
